The agreement between you and Protokol Lab, Inc. when you use any of our products.
Not a medical device
Protokol is an educational simulation and tracking tool for adults running their own experiments. It is not a medical device, does not diagnose, and does not treat any condition. Predictions are model-based and may be wrong. Talk to a licensed clinician before changing medications, peptides, or supplements — especially during pregnancy, while breastfeeding, or if you have a diagnosed condition.
Your account
You are responsible for the security of your password and any activity on your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access.
Acceptable use
Don't try to break the service. Don't use it to harm yourself or others. Don't redistribute scraped data. Don't impersonate anyone.
Subscriptions and refunds
Paid plans are billed through Stripe. You can cancel anytime — the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and your data continues working until then. We don't issue refunds for partial periods.
Data ownership
You own what you enter. Delete your account and it's gone. Export it whenever you want.
Changes
We may update these terms when the product changes meaningfully. Material changes go out by email at least 14 days in advance.
